Digital Products – Activation Codes

At Eleph TV, we provide digital activation codes that are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once an activation code has been redeemed, activated, or used.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The activation code has not been redeemed, activated, or used
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date

 The activation code has not been accessed, shared, or used on any device or account

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
